Level one – Crisis management lunch
The biggest challenges is often to find a common moment, but everybody needs a lunch. A crisis management lunch meeting is an informal way to keep the crisis management team alert, or to introduce new members in the crisis management world. We are going through the core of crisis response, we discuss how this is applied in your organization and we will provide a short light exercise about strategic thinking.
