Level two – Crisis management training with table top exercise
A more in dept training about methodic crisis control. This training is built up out of three elements.
Theoretical background on crisis control and what it requires from an organization to have a reasonable disaster preparedness level.
reviewing your crisis plan, discovering unclarities in tasks and responsibilities.
going trough a realistic table top exercise in which the crisis management team is challenged to control a realistic incident, without the distraction of interacting stakeholders.
